I joined a Boxing Gym


I decided to join a Boxing Gym. That's because I fear that focusing only on Fitness Gyms will eventually get me bored and I need motivational exercises to change my routine.

First time at my gym

First time at LA Fitness...

Biceps - 2 dumbells of 20lbs.
Pull ups - assisted with 14
Butterfly - 50
Shoulder press - 30

Fell great...
at home I finished with 3x pushups of 23 each

Signed up at my gym

I signed up at my gym !
I visited 2 gyms that are 10 min drive away from my home. The first one, 24 H Fitness, is packed and small. The second one, LA Fitness, is way larger, not crowded, but more expensive. I chose the latter because I don't want my motivation to deflate over time when the gym is unpleasantly overcrowded

Run Frank Run

I ran today. Gosh it took so much motivation to do it. I ran for 40 min, but I had to stop twice.
I decided to adopt a positive minded sort of attitude. I don't care if I had to stop.
I am glad I started running.
My goal is to run 3 times a week at least.

This it it

This is it !
Today was Friday at the office and my Korean colleague told me that "I was not muscular".
Koreans, cruel race. No, she's really cute and all.
Anyway, it has been too many weeks I was worried about my body.
So I got pissed off, I took my camera, took off my shirt and took a few photos. I decided that today was the starting point.
I have a dream. I am going to become a real stud.
